Build and lead: Develop high\-performing engineering teams, fostering ownership, innovation, and technical excellence. Drive engineering strategy: Lead the architecture and development of scalable, reliable systems powering AI\-driven products and agentic experiences. A strong track record of engineering leadership and delivering complex, large\-scale production systems. The ability to balance technical depth, people leadership, and business impact.
