Ltd. - India Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Digital \& Offline Marketing Lead / Team Lead Role Overview: Key Responsibilities: * Build, hire, and lead a complete marketing team in Delhi. * Own end\-to\-end digital and offline marketing strategy, execution, and performance. * Plan and execute large\-scale campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, SEO, social media, and other digital channels. * Manage offline marketing, including outdoor advertising, print, local store promotions, and brand campaigns. * Drive customer acquisition, online orders, footfall, loyalty, and repeat purchases. * Plan national, regional, and store\-level marketing campaigns across 500\+ US outlets. * Manage advertising budgets, creative teams, agencies, media buying, and campaign optimization. * Track ROAS, CAC, conversions, sales growth, and overall marketing ROI. * Important: We are looking for a hands\-on marketing leader, not just a strategist or agency coordinator. The candidate must have personally managed large advertising budgets, executed campaigns at scale, and delivered measurable business results.
