Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Company: S J Concepts Pvt Ltd Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Job description: We are looking for a creative and result\-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with prior experience in an advertising agency. The candidate should have hands\-on knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, poster designing, content creation, and CRM management. The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, generating quality leads, improving brand visibility, and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers. \- Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads. \- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, lead generation, and performance optimization. \- Analyze campaign performance and improve cost per lead (CPL), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS). \- Coordinate with external advertising agencies, if required. \- Design promotional posters, social media creatives, banners, and advertisements using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools. \- Manage and update customer leads in the CRM system. \- Monitor leads received from Meta Ads, Google Ads, websites, and other digital channels. \- Ensure proper lead allocation, follow\-up tracking, and status updates. \- Coordinate with telecallers and branch teams to track lead conversion and identify missed opportunities. \- Prepare reports on leads generated, appointments booked, customer visits, and conversions.
