Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist Company: karmic Awakening Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description: Key Responsibilities: * Plan, create, and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation. * Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels. * Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns. * Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings. * Manage social media content calendars, posts, reels, and promotional campaigns. * Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for creative content. * Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other marketing tools. * Generate quality leads and track conversions from digital advertising campaigns. * Minimum 3 year of practical digital marketing experience preferred. * Good knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and Social Media Marketing. * Experience managing paid advertising campaigns and generating leads. * Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools is an advantage. * Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines. * Social Media Marketing (SMM) * Search Engine Optimization (SEO) * Google Ads \& Meta Ads * Lead Generation \& Conversion Tracking * Content Planning \& Marketing * Google Analytics \& Search Console * Campaign Budget Management * Performance Marketing * Competitor Analysis * Reporting \& Data Analysis Work Location: In person Work Location: Punjab, India Availability: Full time
