Job Title: DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST Company: Earnest HR Consultancy Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Our client, a newly established real estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi, is looking for a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to support its branding, digital marketing activities, and lead generation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and execute marketing strategies for the brokerage. * Manage social media, website development, SEO, and digital advertising. * Oversee branding, company profiles, brochures, and property marketing materials. * Manage Property Finder, Bayut, and other property portal marketing. * Generate leads through digital campaigns and marketing initiatives. * Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion and brand visibility. * Manage marketing budgets, vendors, and campaign performance. * 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in UAE real estate. * Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, SEO, and lead generation. * Experience with social media management, CRM, and property portals. * Creative thinking, initiative, and a results\-driven approach.
