Roles \& Responsibilities 1\. Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions. 2\. Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, content writers, digital design professionals, web developers, and SEO specialists. 4\. Develop monthly marketing plans, campaign calendars, budgets, and performance targets aligned with business objectives. 5\. Monitor campaign performance, leads, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console. 6\. Coordinate website development, landing page design, UI/UX improvements, conversion tracking, and website performance optimization. 7\. Guide the team on content strategy, creative development, brand consistency, campaign execution, and timely project delivery. 9\. Prepare performance reports, manage team productivity, optimize marketing budgets, and implement data\-driven strategies for continuous improvement. \- Strong expertise in SEO, social media, content marketing, and lead generation. \- Knowledge of website development, WordPress, landing pages, UI/UX, and conversion rate optimization. \- Strong leadership, communication, analytical thinking, project management, and problem\-solving skills. Experience: 1-3 years Qualifications \& Required Skills \- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. \- Experience with GA4, GTM, Google Search Console, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics.
