Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager Company: Capital Power Backup Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities * Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Plan and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic. * Google Ads: Create, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, Shopping, and remarketing campaigns to maximize ROI. * Meta Ads: Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, retargeting, creative testing, and budget optimization. * Website Management: Manage and maintain Shopify and WordPress websites, including content updates, landing pages, product listings, and basic website optimization. * Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. * Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and advertising dashboards. * Conversion Rate Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve landing pages, user experience, and conversion rates. * Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify growth opportunities. * Content Marketing: Coordinate SEO-friendly content, website copy, blogs, and promotional campaigns. * Budget Management: Plan and manage advertising budgets while monitoring cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend (ROAS). * Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on traffic, rankings, leads, sales, and campaign performance. Required Skills and Qualifications * Are you comfortable working from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM at our office in Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi? * Do you have 1-2 years of experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)? * Do you have 1-2 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns? * Do you have 1-2 years of experience in managing Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram Ads) campaigns? * Do you have 1-2 years of experience managing WordPress and Shopify websites? * Do you have hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), including conversion tracking and tag setup? * Do you have experience managing or leading a digital marketing team? * What is your current salary (CTC) and Expected per annum?
