DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE

The candidate will be responsible for brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, website growth, online reputation management, performance marketing, and sales support through digital platforms. * Develop and execute monthly and quarterly digital marketing plans. * Create marketing calendars aligned with business objectives. * Study competitors, industry trends, and consumer behavior. * Recommend new digital initiatives to improve brand visibility and sales. * Identify opportunities using AI tools and automation. * Consistent growth in online presence, engagement, and lead generation. * Execute on-page SEO activities. * Coordinate with SEO agencies for off-page and technical SEO. * Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis. * Optimize website pages, product pages, blogs, and landing pages. * Improve search engine rankings and organic visibility. * Monitor website health using Search Console and SEO tools. 4. Social Media Community Management: * Respond to all comments, DMs, and customer inquiries. * Address product-related questions. * Engage with followers and prospective customers. * Monitor mentions and brand conversations. * Improve customer response time. * Plan and execute Google Ads, Meta Ads and Remarketing Campaigns. * Conduct A/B testing. * Optimize campaigns for conversions. * Monitor budgets and campaign effectiveness. * Coordinate with agencies where required. KPIs: 8. Shopify Website Management * Manage Shopify backend. * Handle Shopify apps and integrations. * Upload products and optimize collections. * Improve website UX and conversion rate. * Optimize website SEO. * Coordinate with developers when required. 9. Online Reputation Management * Increase customer reviews on Google, Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMART and TradeIndia. * Monitor brand ratings. * Respond to customer feedback. * Improve online reputation. 11. Marketing Material Development 12. Lead Generation * Generate corporate leads through LinkedIn. * Generate website inquiries through blogs and SEO. * Support customized notebook and diary business development. * Work closely with the sales team. * Monitor Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite and Shopify Analytics. * Track campaign performance. * Prepare weekly and monthly reports. * Provide recommendations for improvement.
