In this hands\-on role, you will support the execution of our digital marketing, content, and brand initiatives, helping strengthen our online presence, increase brand awareness, and generate new business opportunities. Working across digital advertising, social media, website content, and marketing analytics, you will collaborate with colleagues and subject\-matter experts to develop engaging content and deliver effective marketing campaigns that connect with our target audiences. Responsibilities Digital Marketing \& Campaigns * Support the planning, setup, launch, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. * Assist with paid advertising across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads, including audience targeting, ad copy, creative coordination, and landing pages. * Monitor leads, conversions, and campaign results; identify trends and recommend improvements. * Support lead\-generation and remarketing initiatives. Social Media Marketing * Manage and maintain company social media channels, particularly LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. * Create and maintain a content calendar; draft, schedule, and publish engaging, on\-brand posts. * Coordinate graphics, videos, and other social media assets. * Monitor engagement and identify opportunities to grow reach and audience engagement. Analytics \& Reporting * Monitor website, social media, and advertising performance using Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, and platform analytics. * Track key metrics such as website traffic, engagement, leads, conversions, and campaign performance. * Prepare regular marketing reports and recommend opportunities to improve results. Marketing \& Business Development Support * Support email, event, and targeted marketing campaigns. * Assist with campaign lists, presentations, marketing collateral, and lead\-generation activities. * Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required. * Contribute to other marketing and business development initiatives as assigned. Qualifications * Approximately 1–3 years of relevant marketing experience, including internships or substantial hands\-on digital marketing experience. * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline. * Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media marketing. * Working knowledge of Google Ads and online advertising platforms. * Experience managing business social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn. * Understanding of paid social advertising, particularly LinkedIn Ads and/or Meta Ads. * Basic knowledge of SEO, website optimisation, and Google Analytics or a similar analytics platform. * Strong writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging content. * Comfort using Microsoft 365, Canva, and content management systems. * Strong organizational and project\-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines. * Analytical mindset and ability to interpret marketing performance data. * Career Development: Opportunities to expand your skills and gain hands\-on experience across digital marketing, content creation, social media, and analytics. * Collaborative Environment: Work with knowledgeable professionals across teams and contribute to a range of marketing and business development initiatives. * Professional Growth: Develop your expertise through practical experience, knowledge sharing, and ongoing learning opportunities. * Competitive Compensation and Benefits: Compensation and benefits package aligned with the role and experience.
