Join UST as a Digital \& eCommerce Solution Architect and help shape the future of customer engagement, loyalty, and digital commerce experiences. * Proven experience as a Solution Architect within Digital, eCommerce, or Customer Experience environments. * Strong expertise delivering Loyalty, Rewards, Membership, or Customer Engagement solutions. * Experience architecting modern web applications using: + MERN stack technologies + Microservices architecture + Single Page Applications (SPA) + Web and mobile application integrations * Strong understanding of industry\-standard architecture frameworks, integration patterns, and digital delivery methodologies. * Experience operating within established IT governance, architecture, and delivery standards. * Experience with SAP CRM and related customer engagement capabilities. * Exposure to retail, consumer, or omnichannel commerce environments. * Knowledge of mobile\-first and customer\-centric digital transformation initiatives.
