Digital Content Manager

Job Title: Digital Content Manager Company: TOWER Insurance Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: * 1x permanent role, supporting our Website Squad and customer journeys as business needs evolve. * 1x 9\-month fixed\-term contract, working across multiple squads and projects to deliver digital content and experiences across a range of business initiatives. * Create, optimise and deliver digital content that improves our website and customer experience. * Drive SEO performance and support digital growth across Tower platforms. * Partner with marketing, SEO specialists, designers, developers and agile squads to bring customer\-focused experiences to life Contribute across multiple digital initiatives, from website enhancements to broader customer journey projects. * Use data, insights and testing to improve content performance, customer outcomes and business results. * You'll deliver high\-quality digital content and experiences that support customer engagement, acquisition and growth. * You'll successfully partner with squads across the business to improve customer journeys and digital experiences. * You'll use SEO, analytics and testing insights to continuously improve content performance and website effectiveness. * You'll keep content accurate, engaging and compliant while maintaining a consistent customer experience. * You'll demonstrate adaptability, confidently shifting between website\-focused work and broader journey initiatives as priorities evolve. * You'll help raise the bar for digital content and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. * Five\+ years' experience in a content manager role in a medium to large organisation. * Strong experience writing both long\-form and short\-form digital content. * Solid digital content expertise across CMS, SEO, analytics, and web copywriting. * Experience delivering content across both website and end\-to\-end customer journeys, with the ability to adapt and work across multiple agile squads and projects * Good understanding of web structure and governance, and content bets practice. * Confidence working with cross\-functional teams, including UX/UI, developers and marketers. * Clear communication, strong organisation and great attention to detail.
