* 6\+ years of hands\-on Salesforce development experience, including delivery of production solutions on the Salesforce platform. * Strong experience building and customizing Salesforce Experience Cloud sites or customer/community portals. * Proficiency in Apex, including object\-oriented design, asynchronous processing, governor\-limit\-aware development, and test coverage. * Strong experience with Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. * Experience creating responsive, accessible user interfaces and working with UI frameworks or component libraries. * Practical knowledge of Salesforce data modeling, SOQL, platform security, sharing, and permissions. * Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST APIs and related integration patterns. * Familiarity with Git\-based version control, CI/CD, and automated testing or deployment workflows. * Strong problem\-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
