Deputy Manager

Job Title: Deputy Manager Company: Manpowergroup Services India Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Procurement \& Vendor Management * Handle procurement of raw materials, consumables, packaging, and indirect materials. * Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery. * Conduct price negotiations and cost reduction initiatives. * Evaluate supplier performance based on Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) parameters. * Support vendor development and localization projects. Material Planning \& Inventory Management * Ensure timely material availability as per production schedules. * Monitor inventory levels and maintain optimum stock. * Execute MRP planning and material requirement analysis. * Minimize excess, slow\-moving, and non\-moving inventory. * Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits. * Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Finance departments. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly material planning reports. * Track material shortages and expedite critical materials. * Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities. * Coordinate with transporters for cost\-effective and timely deliveries. * Monitor warehouse operations, FIFO implementation, and inventory controls. * Ensure proper documentation for dispatch and receiving activities. ERP \& MIS Management * Maintain procurement and inventory data in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.). * Generate and analyze SCM MIS reports. * Monitor SCM KPIs and identify improvement opportunities. * Lead initiatives for inventory reduction and supply chain efficiency. * Participate in Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and Continuous Improvement projects. * Support annual budgeting and cost\-saving programs. * Ensure adherence to company policies and procurement procedures. * Support internal, statutory, customer, and ISO audits. * Maintain proper documentation and records related to procurement and inventory. * Procurement \& Strategic Sourcing * Material Requirement Planning (MRP) * Inventory Management * Vendor Development * Warehouse Management * Logistics Coordination * SAP MM / SAP S4 HANA / ERP Systems * Advanced MS Excel \& MIS Reporting Work Location: Gandhinagar, Ahmedabad, India Availability: Full time
