Deputy Manager

Job Title: Deputy Manager Company: KSB SAP Module: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Major responsibilities: Order Management: Oversee the procurement to pay process from PR to execution, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, release of purchase order as per authority matrix. By aligning with policies and project requirements. Coordinate and communicate with respective stakeholders for timely delivery. Supplier Performance Management: Monitor and assess supplier performance through KPIs, ensuring On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Quality. Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues on time. Inventory Management: Develop and implement stocking policies, including Reorder Level (ROL) and safety stock management. Optimize inventory levels, ensuring cost efficiency while avoiding stockouts. Document Management: * Ensure the first submission of necessary documentation (e.g., contracts, drawings, etc.) is complete and on time. * Collaborate with the contract management team to expedite the approval process for documentation and drawings. * Ensure the timely receipt of materials from suppliers as per the project schedule. Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Drive the Supplier Relationship Management process, Regular review and MBR (Monthly Business Review) to assess supplier capabilities and resolve any operational challenges. Lean Practices and Operational Efficiency: Adopt lean practices and drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency. Support process automation, such as ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) and RPA (Robotic Process Automation), to enhance procurement workflows. Supply Chain Visibility and Digitalization: Enhance supply chain visibility by implementing digital tools and systems. Support the digitalization of procurement processes to improve data accuracy and decision-making. Risk Monitoring, Control, and Mitigation: Proactively monitor and manage supply chain risks, supplier disruptions, material shortages, and develop and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity of supply. Material Master Data and Ticketing: Maintain accurate material master data and raise tickets for system updates or issues as necessary Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): * Operational Efficiency * Supplier On-Time Delivery (OTD * Inventory Management/ Liquidation, Periodic review and reduction of obsolete and non-moving inventory to improve ITR. * Purchase Order cycle time and Emergency Purchase Ratio * Collaborate and work with strategic team for Lead Time Reduction Work Location: GJ, India Availability: Full time

Requirement profile: Qualifications & Experience: Education: BE Mech/ B Tech Mechanical Engineering Experience: 0-1 years of experience in tactical purchasing, procurement, Preferably in Pump and Valves Industry and able to handle all types of castings.
