Delivery Project Lead

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Agile methodologies and have a proven track record of managing complex projects within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. Responsibilities * Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand\-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure effective team collaboration and continuous improvement. * Act as a servant leader to the Scrum team, removing impediments and fostering an environment conducive to high performance. * Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that align with business goals. * Monitor project progress and performance, utilizing metrics to drive decision\-making and enhance team productivity. * Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability within the team. * Provide coaching and mentorship to team members on Agile methodologies and Salesforce best practices. * Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle. * Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, ensuring timely resolution of issues. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and practices within the organization. Mandatory Skills * Proven expertise in Salesforce.com, including configuration, customization, and integration. * Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. * Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM). * Exceptional leadership and team management skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. Preferred Skills * Experience with Salesforce development tools and technologies. * Knowledge of other project management methodologies (e.g., Kanban, Lean). * Familiarity with cloud computing and SaaS solutions. * Experience in stakeholder management and engagement. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Advanced certifications in Agile methodologies or Salesforce are a plus. * Demonstrated success in leading cross\-functional teams and delivering high\-quality projects.
