Skills/ Qualifications Required:

Relevant experience in data science/ data analytics role with an end-to-end understanding of ML based project’s development & implementation

Proficient in Machine Learning (Diagnostic, Prescriptive & Predictive modelling), NLP, SQL, Python, MS Excel, and MLOps basics

Hands-on experience in working on any of the of cloud stacks: AWS/ Azure/ GCP

Good understanding of Probability & Statistics

Good to have experience in: LTV modeling, RFM modeling, audience clustering, personalization engine etc.

Google Analytics experience is good to have

Candidates with experience in digital media & digital marketing analytics will be preferred

Should have good communication skills

Should not have a notice period of more than 30 days/ immediate joiners preferred

Bachelor’s degree from Tier I/II colleges preferred (Post Graduation – Good to have, not mandatory)

Job Responsibilities
• Actively own & manage client deliverables
• Analyze large & complex data sets to derive valuable insights
• Data collation, processing, cleaning & transformation along with feature engineering and model development
• Model training, evaluation & fine tuning
• Create solution design architectures for ML use cases
• Deploy models for consumption
• Ensure output’s thorough quality check & provide analytics driven insights and next steps in involved project(s)
• Develop & implement various customer segmentation, LTV & marketing campaign optimization models
• Should have experience with statistical model building
• Effectively engage with client & translate client business requirements into equivalent analytical problems
• Understand data and different platforms used by the client
• Actively contribute towards design methodology for problem solving & mentor juniors in the team
