Data Scientist

The Data Scientist will analyze raw data assessing quality, cleansing, and structuring for downstream processing, design accurate and scalable prediction algorithms, and generate actionable insights for business improvements. 2-7 years of experience with deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine learning, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithms. Familiar with statistical analysis and programming languages. Any Graduate qualification. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
