Data Science Engineer

The AI/ML Engineer will architect large language models that can process and generate natural language, design neural network parameters trained on large quantities of unlabeled text data. Responsibilities include architecting ML solutions for natural language processing, leading and managing teams, providing cross-team solutions, facilitating knowledge sharing sessions, and monitoring project progress to ensure alignment with strategic goals. This position also offers exposure to enterprise-wide analytics transformation programs and the chance to influence strategic decision-making at a senior level. Minimum 12 years of experience in AI/ML with proficiency in neural network architectures and their applications. Experience with natural language processing techniques and tools. 15 years full-time education required. Any Graduate qualification. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage.
