Data Scientist (GenAI LLM)

The Data Scientist will design, build, and deploy generative AI and LLM-based applications using frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex. Responsibilities include engineering reusable and effective prompts for LLMs, developing and maintaining evaluation metrics for prompt engineering, conducting data quality assessments and cleansing, building retrieval algorithms for relevant data identification, ensuring AI/ML development complies with GxP and other regulatory standards, and sharing insights with team members in an Agile environment. The role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment, contributing to end-to-end project delivery and continuous process improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will engage closely with business stakeholders to translate analytical requirements into robust, production-ready data solutions that support long-term organizational growth.

Masters with 2-4 years or Bachelors with 3-5 years or Diploma with 7-9 years in Software Engineering, Data Science, or ML Engineering. Experience in developing and deploying LLM applications. Strong foundation in ML algorithms, data science workflows, and NLP. Expertise in Python and ML libraries. Diploma or Any Graduate with Any Postgraduate or LLM in Law. Prior experience working in global delivery models, along with exposure to Agile methodologies, will be considered an added advantage. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
