Data Scientist - Machine Learning

The Data Scientist will lead end-to-end data science and machine learning project execution from discovery to deployment-ready deliverables. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and evaluating ML models aligned to business objectives, performing data exploration and feature engineering, establishing model validation approaches, partnering with stakeholders to translate business problems into analytical frameworks, communicating insights to technical and non-technical audiences, providing technical guidance to team members, and contributing to reusable assets and best practices. This position also offers exposure to enterprise-wide analytics transformation programs and the chance to influence strategic decision-making at a senior level. 5-8 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI/ML solution delivery. Strong hands-on experience with Python for data science workflows. Proven ability to build, evaluate, and improve ML models. BTECH/BSC/BCA with Computers. Retail or manufacturing analytics experience preferred. B.Tech/B.E., B.Sc, or B.C.A. qualification. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. A collaborative mindset, willingness to mentor junior team members, and adaptability to changing business needs are highly valued for this role.
