Data Scientist (Commercial)

The Data Scientist will support the execution of analytics and modeling projects across therapeutic area delivery and investment analytics teams. Responsibilities include assisting in data preparation, exploratory analysis, metric tracking, and performance reporting with high accuracy, helping maintain and operationalize dashboards or reusable code assets in Databricks or Python/SQL environments, contributing to project delivery by partnering with senior data scientists, and supporting documentation, version control, and deployment practices. The professional will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making efforts, ensuring models and pipelines remain scalable, well-documented, and aligned with evolving business priorities. Strong emphasis is placed on model validation, thorough testing, and proactive issue resolution to ensure reliable, high-quality outputs across the organization.

Bachelors or Masters in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related quantitative field. 3-5 years of experience in analytics, modeling, or data science delivery. Working knowledge of Python and SQL with Databricks experience. Experience with data visualization and performance metric tracking. Any Graduate or Any Postgraduate. Familiarity with change management practices and a track record of successful stakeholder engagement across diverse business units is preferred. Prior experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal knowledge repositories will also be viewed favorably.
