Job Description We are seeking a detail\-oriented and analytically\-minded Data Scientist to join our growing data science team in Pune, India. In this role, you will leverage advanced statistical techniques and machine learning methodologies to extract actionable insights from complex datasets, driving data\-informed decision\-making across the organization. You will work collaboratively with cross\-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize predictive models that solve real\-world business challenges. * Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to address business problems and improve organizational performance * Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in large and complex datasets * Clean, preprocess, and transform raw data into structured formats suitable for analysis and modeling * Build and validate statistical models using appropriate algorithms and evaluation metrics * Create clear and compelling data visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders * Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver solutions * Document methodologies, code, and results to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing * Stay current with emerging data science techniques, tools, and best practices in the field * Perform model monitoring and maintenance to ensure continued accuracy and performance in production environments * Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving data science practices within the team Work Location: Pune Division, Maharashtra, India Availability: Full time
