Responsibilities

Team Leadership:
• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Project Management
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data science projects to meet organizational goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable data science initiatives.

Data Analysis And Modeling
• Develop and implement advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and other relevant applications, ensuring they align with and contribute to the achievement of business targets.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of user patterns and behaviors to derive actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making for marketing and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven strategies to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Strategic Planning And Execution
• Develop and execute a comprehensive data roadmap that supports the organizations short-term and long-term business targets.
• Prioritize and allocate resources effectively, ensuring that the data teams tasks and projects are closely aligned with business priorities and contribute to the platforms continuous improvement.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data in marketing campaigns, user experience enhancements, and overall business strategy.

Collaboration
• Work closely with other departments, including product development, engineering, and marketing, to integrate data science solutions into various aspects of our products and services.

Quality Assurance
• Implement best practices for data quality assurance and validation to ensure the accuracy and reliability of models and analyses.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience (6 ) in data science, with a focus on machine learning, predictive modeling, and data analysis, demonstrating a track record of achieving business objectives.
• Strong business mindset with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies for marketing, user retention, and overall business success.
• Previous leadership or management experience leading a team of data scientists, emphasizing a results-oriented and business-driven approach.
