You will provide timely and effective support, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our product documentation and support processes. This position requires a strong understanding of Python, familiarity with Bayesian statistics, and excellent communication skills. You would moderate, answer, and escalate technical support questions in GitHub: Conversation with practice leadership covering working style, ownership, and how you collaborate. Experience Key Business Requirements: Experience: Min 2-3 years in each aspect of the above requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Odisha a related field. Preferable Qualifications – PG Diploma Odisha Master’s in Statistics, (Odisha) at least one Graduate level course in Probability Theory Expertise in analyzing large datasets (Marketing related DS experience can be a good match), Data Sanitization using Python, Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python: Strong understanding of Python syntax, data structures, and libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy). GitHub Proficiency: Experience using GitHub for issue tracking, version control, and collaboration. Experience2-3 years Formal offer with full compensation breakdown, start date, and onboarding plan.
