What would you do Translate business issues into specific requirements to develop analytic solutions and identify appropriate data to support the solution.
Create insights from predictive statistical modeling to deliver client value.
Work with minimal supervision and ability to lead projects independently
Partner with stakeholders and other members of the team to apply critical thinking and the latest data science methodologies in a consultative way to solve our most complex analytic challenges.
You will be a part of the Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team that supports lateral recruitment of Accentures Operations entity and will be responsible for building the strategy towards fulfilment of demands and exercising thought leadership in improving the overall delivery efficiency of HRSS services to its clients. This team is accountable for delivery of talent across regions in partnership with regional recruitment teams.
You will work on Data Mining and help in the process of finding correlations or patterns among dozens of fields in large relational databases. You will analyze data from many different dimensions or angles, categorize it, and summarize the relationships identified.
What are we looking for Knowledge of statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms
Advanced Excel & Analytical skills
Knowledge of analysis tools and platforms like R, Python, Google Cloud
PowerPoint skills
Advanced communication (written and oral) and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work cross-culturally
Human Resources experience
Additional Accenture HR systems experience
Understanding of Text analysis, VBA, Java, Python, .Net and visualization tools like Qliksense, Qlikview, Tableau will be an added advantage
