Data Entry Executive- SAP MM & PP

This Data Entry Executive role at McNROE spans three locations across Silvassa, Roorkee, and Vadodara, blending SAP MM and PP transaction processing within a manufacturing plant environment. You will manage Goods Receipt Notes against Purchase Orders, post Goods Issue transactions as materials move to production, and record material transfers between storage locations. Batch inventory maintenance is a recurring responsibility, particularly important if the plant handles materials with shelf-life or lot-tracking requirements. On the production side, you will create and release Production Orders, then perform Production Confirmation once manufacturing steps complete. Daily reconciliation across Raw Material, Packaging Material, Work-in-Progress, and Finished Goods inventory categories keeps the plant's stock picture accurate throughout each shift.

Candidates need 1-3 years of experience with practical SAP MM and PP transaction skills, since this role explicitly spans both modules rather than requiring depth in just one. Comfort processing GRN, Goods Issue, and material transfer transactions accurately is essential. Practical BOM (Bill of Materials) familiarity is required to understand Production Order structures correctly. FIFO-based batch management experience is expected given the inventory tracking scope described. Strong daily reconciliation discipline is needed across RM, PM, WIP, and FG categories, since accuracy here directly affects production planning decisions.
