This is a leadership role where you'll shape data strategy, lead high\-performing teams, and partner with business stakeholders to unlock value through data. You will play a key role in modernizing data platforms, advancing analytics capabilities, and delivering data\-driven outcomes across the business. Key Responsibilities * Lead and mentor teams across Data Engineering, Analytics, BI, and Data Science. * Manage and coordinate both onsite and offshore delivery teams , ensuring effective collaboration, resource planning, and successful project outcomes. * Define and execute data and analytics roadmaps aligned to business objectives. * Drive data governance, quality, security, and compliance initiatives. * Deliver scalable analytics, reporting, and data platform solutions. * Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business challenges into data\-driven opportunities. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and best practice. * Lead strategic enterprise data initiatives * Manage globally distributed teams and drive delivery excellence * Work with leading cloud and analytics technologies * Influence data strategy and governance practices * Partner with senior business and technology leaders * Competitive salary and long\-term career growth opportunities Work Location: Auckland, New Zealand Availability: Full time

* Proven experience leading Data \& Analytics teams in enterprise environments. * Experience managing onshore and offshore teams across multiple workstreams . * Strong background in Data Engineering, Analytics, Reporting, and Data Governance. * Hands\-on experience with modern cloud and data platforms. * Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. * Experience delivering large\-scale data transformation initiatives. * Applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand at the time of application. * Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available for this position.
