Job Roles and Responsibilities: * Maintain and ensure the reliable day\-to\-day operation, upkeep, and continuous improvement of the Data Analysis Tool (DAT). * Enhance existing DAT functionalities and develop new analytical features based on operational requirements. * Prepare Freshdesk analyses, dashboards, and statistics to support workload monitoring, trend identification, and process improvement. * Independently test new developments reported as completed by the DevOps team and document results, gaps, defects, and follow\-up requirements. * Learn the vessel performance analyst workflow and support in offline reports for ENC clients. * Identify repetitive manual activities across department and support the design, development, testing, and implementation of suitable automations. Work Location: Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India Availability: Full time

Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field . * Hands\-on experience, internships, academic projects, or professional exposure in data analysis, analytics, application support, or automation. * Strong proficiency in Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools. * Ability to perform structured software testing and clearly document findings, defects, and recommendations. * Strong analytical thinking and problem\-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
