Data Analyst - Operations

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency through meticulous data analysis and process improvement. This position involves working closely with various departments to collect data, analyze performance metrics, and recommend strategies to optimize business operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive data drive decision making: Design and develop the high level delivery dashboards to ensure the team remains focused on meeting customer goals and achieving high satisfaction levels
• Account Management: Oversee the setup and maintenance of customer accounts, by driving key deliverables and milestones throughout the life cycle
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales managers, CSMs, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop and deliver the high quality customer experience
• Customer Value and ROI: Report on key performance indicators and conduct a quantitative risk analysis for the accounts to drive renewal forecasting
• Metrics and Reporting: Monitor account metrics around customer satisfaction and customer support to inform leadership understanding on QoQ performance
• CS Software and Operations: Implement and manage customer success software and operational activities, ensuring data hygiene and accuracy across systems.

Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years in an data analytics role, preferably in a customer success organization
• Strong analytical abilities, with experience in merging complex datasets to uncover trends and insights that drive customer success.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and some data visualization tools for seamless reporting
• Experience in communicating and reporting operational data to cross-functional internal stakeholders effectively.
• Experience with salesforce CRM and functional knowledge of SQL is a good to have
