Purpose of the role

The Data Analyst will work with operations team to ensure Dashboards creation, pilots of new SOPs & Training the team to ensure adherence.

Prior work experience 2 3 years of relevant work experience

Duties & Responsibilities

Do Pilot of new processes & SOPs to test effectiveness

Work with different departments to ensure training around new

initiatives & processes to ensure implementation on ground

Work with Technology team to assist in developing data dashboards,

charts, and visual aids to support decision-making across

departments.

Train team on various operations related Dashboards

Detect, examine, and decode trends or patterns within intricate

datasets

Coordinate with management to align business and informational

priorities

Identify opportunities for process enhancements.

Collaborate with the management team to determine and rank the

needs of different business units.

Convey insights through both reports and visual presentations.

Partner with engineering and product development teams to

understand business requirements.

Engage with managers from various departments to specify data

requirements for analysis projects tailored to their unique business

processes.

Skills Required

Good in System thinking & Dashboards making

Experience of Data analysis & new SOPs creation

Excellent organizational skills

A knack for problem-solving

Customer-service orientation

Basic level of proficiency in MS Office

Educational Qualifications

Bachelors in Technology or Management
