The successful candidate will work with business and operational data to identify trends, prepare reports, develop dashboards, and generate actionable insights that support business decisions and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities * Collect, clean, organize, and analyze business and operational datasets. * Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities through data analysis. * Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor business performance. * Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular performance reports. * Analyze sales, marketing, customer, and operational data. * Use SQL, Excel, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for data analysis. * Translate business requirements into meaningful analytical insights. * Maintain data accuracy, documentation, and reporting standards. * Present analytical findings and recommendations to internal teams and management. As a Data Analyst at Zonious Ventures, you will work with business and operational datasets and contribute to data\-driven decision\-making. Required Qualifications \& Skills * Degree in or currently pursuing Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field. * Basic understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts. * Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. * Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts. * Understanding of data visualization and reporting. * Strong analytical thinking and problem\-solving abilities. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team.
