Job Title: Data Analyst Company: Optum Job Category: Data Science Roles & Responsibilities: Primary Responsibilities: * Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability * Analyze complex datasets using statistical methods and provide meaningful insights * Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to understand business objectives and deliver data solutions * Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in data that can inform strategic decisions * Prepare presentations and documentation of analysis results for both technical and non\-technical audiences * Assist in the development of data collection processes and improvement of existing systems * Ensure the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data * Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements Work Location: Gurgaon, India Availability: Full time

Required Qualifications: * Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience * 3\+ years of experience in data analysis with bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field * Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar * Knowledge of statistical programming language such as R/Python * Knowledge of Azure Snowflake/ Databricks and GutHub * Proficiency in SQL for querying databases * Proven solid analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail * Proven excellent communication skills; able to present complex information clearly At UnitedHealth Group, our mission is to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better for everyone.
