Roles & Responsibilities: * Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. * Should have influencing and Advisory skills. * Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. * Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. * Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects. * Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance technical capabilities. * Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize software development processes and delivery. * Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI CO Finance. * Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation within enterprise environments. * Experience in managing and leading software development teams through complex project lifecycles. * Ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges while maintaining alignment with business objectives. * Familiarity with performance tuning, scalability considerations, and code quality assurance practices. * Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
