Roles & Responsibilities: * Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. * Responsible for team decisions. * Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. * Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. * Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. * Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. * Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve existing software processes and architectures. * Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite. * Experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using cloud-based platforms. * Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. * Ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide effective resolutions. * Familiarity with API management, event-driven architectures, and middleware technologies.
