Roles & Responsibilities:
* Support a regional theater sales team in systems administration and related tasks.
* Leverage multiple AI tools to further refine and sharpen Operations reporting capabilities.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to map accounts and provide pipeline updates.
* Review deal structure and provide operational support for Private Offer creation.
* Review and take ownership of support tickets from initiation through resolution.
* Complete deal tagging across multiple tools to ensure proper sales compensation.
* Monitor origination sources and associate them with the correct SFDC Opportunity.

Requirements
* Improved experience for Okta Sales teams through data hygiene and pipeline cleanliness.
* Provide actionable recommendations for business growth and revenue generation.
* Ensure accurate customer segmentation for targeted marketing.
* Delivery of time sensitive custom Private Offers while adhering to Okta rules.
* Increased customer engagement through optimized campaigns and engagements.
* Enhanced performance of marketing campaigns through data\-driven decisions.
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years with the AWS Partner tools.
* Preference given for previous experience with AWS ACE and AWS Marketplace.
