CRM (SAP) - 3rd party rolls - Real Estate

Manage CRM operations for real estate projects with strong exposure to SAP CRM systems, collection software, and inventory management solutions. Handle customer relationship management processes for real estate developments while ensuring proper coordination between sales, collections, inventory tracking, and customer operations. Work closely with business teams to manage CRM workflows, reporting, client coordination, and operational support activities for ongoing real estate projects. Utilize SAP and other CRM tools for maintaining project records, customer interactions, collections tracking, and inventory updates while ensuring process-driven and result-oriented execution.

Candidate should have experience in CRM domain with a real estate developer and hands-on exposure to SAP systems and CRM operations. Strong command over MS Office, SAP, collection software and inventory software used in real estate projects is mandatory. Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, active listening abilities, process-oriented mindset and result-driven working approach are required for handling CRM and operational responsibilities.
