Job Title: Content Creator & Social Media Executive Company: CAP Unimedia Job Category: Digital Marketing Roles & Responsibilities: Job Description CAP Unimedia is looking for a creative, energetic, and proactive Content Creator \& Social Media Executive to develop engaging digital content and build a strong online presence for the company and its clients. Key Responsibilities * Develop creative content ideas, reel concepts, scripts, and content strategies. * Plan and manage social media content calendars for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms. * Create engaging content, including Reels, Stories, posts, and YouTube content. * Research trending topics, viral formats, and audience interests. * Coordinate with video editors, graphic designers, and production teams. * Organise and coordinate content shoots, interviews, and promotional activities. * Manage social media posting, captions, hashtags, and publishing schedules. * Monitor page performance, engagement, reach, and audience growth. * Develop creative campaigns to increase brand awareness and online visibility. * Manage content activities for CAP Unimedia's own media channels and client projects. * Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms. * Excellent creative thinking, communication, and content ideation skills. * Good writing and storytelling abilities. * Understanding of Reels, short\-form videos, and digital content trends. * Basic knowledge of social media management and analytics. * Ability to plan, organise, and execute content consistently. * Good coordination and teamwork skills. * Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar creative tools is an advantage. * Work on original media content and creative projects. * Be part of building CAP Unimedia's own media channels. * Work with a team of designers, editors, videographers, and creative professionals. * Opportunities to explore new ideas and develop creative skills.
