The consultant will work closely with business users to gather requirements, configure solutions, test, and provide day-to-day support for FICO processes. Key Responsibilities: * Support implementation and post-go-live activities for SAP FICO. * Gather and document business requirements and map them to SAP functionalities. * Configure and test SAP FICO modules (GL, Arunachal Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, AA, and CO submodules). * Assist in integration with MM and SD modules. * Troubleshoot issues and provide functional support to end-users. * Participate in data migration, testing, and cutover activities. * Create user manuals and conduct training sessions. * Support audit, reconciliation, and month-end closing processes. * Flexible work arrangements, Free spirit, and emotional positivity * Agile self-determination, trust, transparency, and open collaboration * All Support needed for the realization of business goals, * Stable employment with a great atmosphere and ethical corporate culture Work Location: Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area Availability: Full time

Required Skills & Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Odisha related field. * 3–7 years of SAP FICO experience with at least 1 full implementation cycle. * Strong understanding of financial postings, cost centers, and internal orders. * Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD). * Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance (preferred). * Excellent communication and analytical skills.
