Role & responsibilities. Manage supplier performance through regular tracking of KPIs, operational metrics, SLAs and supplier performance reports. Drive supplier engagement and coordinate with suppliers to ensure service levels, delivery commitments and business requirements are met. Coordinate between Procurement, Operations, Business Units and Suppliers to resolve operational issues. Proactively identify, track and escalate supplier-related issues, risks, delays and dependencies. Support supply continuity through ongoing supplier monitoring and issue resolution. Drive supplier improvement initiatives, cost optimization and opportunities for innovation. Support supplier governance, compliance and reporting across regional/global procurement operations. Develop and maintain supplier performance dashboards, MIS and management reports. Use Excel, Power BI and Tableau to analyze procurement/supplier data and convert it into actionable insights. Work with SAP, Ariba, Oracle or Coupa and other procurement/ERP systems. Support local/regional sourcing and plant procurement activities where required. Collaborate with global stakeholders and multiple Business Units within a GCC/Procurement CoE environment. Identify opportunities for process improvement, digital enablement and procurement automation. Support structured supplier lifecycle management, including supplier performance monitoring and governance. Preferred candidate profile. 68 years for Consultant level; 8+ years for Senior Consultant. 4–5+ years of relevant Procurement/Sourcing/Supplier Management experience. Strong experience in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) and supplier performance management. Experience in strategic sourcing, supplier lifecycle management and vendor management. Exposure to global procurement environments and multiple Business Units. Experience in regional/local sourcing or plant procurement is highly preferred. GCC, Procurement CoE or global operating model experience preferred.
