Work alongside stakeholders across functions to elicit, challenge, and analyse Configure-Price-Quote requirements. Act as the go-to expert on CPQ setup including product bundling, pricing and discount rules, and quote generation. Own Conga CPQ implementations end to end, taking accountability for quality and on-time delivery. Write and maintain functional specifications, process workflows, and integration designs. Guarantee that CPQ fits cleanly into the broader Salesforce architecture and connects reliably to surrounding systems, partnering closely with technical and integration teams. Champion automation and process-improvement opportunities across the CPQ domain. Track new Conga CPQ features and Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements that add value.
