Job Title: Commercial Technology Lead – SAP S/4HANA Company: Kasmoprav Job Category: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Hiring: Commercial Technology Lead – SAP S/4HANA We are looking for an experienced Commercial Technology Lead – SAP S/4HANA to lead commercial technology initiatives and support business transformation for a leading organization in the Retail, FMCG, or CPG industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, commercial business processes, enterprise technology solutions, and stakeholder management. The candidate will work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and implementation partners to align SAP solutions with commercial objectives, improve operational efficiency, and drive technology transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities * Lead commercial technology initiatives and SAP S/4HANA transformation programs. * Translate commercial business requirements into scalable SAP technology solutions. * Collaborate with business stakeholders across sales, marketing, trade promotions, pricing, and commercial operations. * Oversee SAP solution design, configuration, integration, testing, deployment, and post\-go\-live support. * Ensure alignment between business processes and SAP S/4HANA capabilities. * Drive process optimization, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Manage cross\-functional teams, implementation partners, and third\-party vendors. * Monitor project timelines, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and overall program performance. * Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise applications. * Support change management, user adoption, and business readiness activities. * Maintain governance, compliance, data quality, and technology standards. * 15\+ years of overall professional experience in SAP and enterprise technology. * Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or large\-scale rollout programs. * Mandatory industry experience in Retail, FMCG, or CPG. * Experience leading commercial technology or business transformation initiatives. * Strong understanding of commercial processes, including sales, pricing, promotions, and revenue management. * Proven experience in stakeholder management and cross\-functional leadership. * Experience managing system integrators, vendors, and implementation partners. * Excellent communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work onsite in Parel, Mumbai.
