Job Title: Commercial Head Company: Trinzic SAP Module: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Location Jubail Category Operations Support Group Job Type Full time Job Id R2118241 Posted Date 01/29/2026 OSUB50 - Manager, Subcontracts KBR is looking for Commercial Head-Responsible to manage all activities related for getting Contracts to execute maintenance activities into the Maintenance Department through contractor, including requesting and tutoring to develop scopes of work, completion of documentation, define prospective bidders, call for tenders, awarding and contractor authorizing for beginning of works, accomplishing with requirements for operational areas to achieve a World Class performance in the maintenance Department. Responsibilities: * Develop scopes of work for maintenance activities to be executed via contractors, during normal operation of the Petrochemical plant. * To develop Evaluation Criteria and preliminary cost estimation for contracts * To coordinate and manage all activities related to prepare Instructions to Bidders, kick of meeting with Contractors and evaluation of economical offers after being evaluated technical offers by contract responsible. * To ensure that company HSSEQ policies/programs are implemented within the different contracts to be developed and managed under his responsibility. * To ensure that QA/QC requirements and KPI’s are included in all Maintenance Contractors performance. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree Finance * Minimum 8+years’ work related experience. * Supervising and Coordinating Bidding processes for maintenance activities. Experience in Contracts administration, cost and controlling budget and SAP knowledge. * Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills * Proven leadership skills with large organizations * Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems * Strategic thinking, open to new ideas * An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment Key Skills: SAP MM Salary: Not disclosed
