About The Role As a reflection of our continued growth in the Middle East region, we are hiring a high performing, support sales to customers primarily in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the broader Middle Key Responsibilities:  Generally advise on UAE and other Middle East countries’ laws, regulations and  Provide legal support for local and regional services and initiatives, offering ongoing legal  Closely cooperate with other departments, including privacy, government affairs, security  Provide legal and commercial advice in relation to existing contracts and provide support in  Provide support in answering public market surveys, RFIs/RFPs, including collecting  Assist in developing training materials and provide training to the business on relevant  Actively contribute to the EMEA Commercial Legal team’s ongoing development of organization operating in the Middle East and supporting IT contracts’ negotiation, and develop professionally.  Ability to organize, prioritize and manage deadlines, in a fast pace, rapidly evolving and  Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with demanding internal  Innovative and committed to developing innovative solutions to better serve our Work Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates Availability: Full time

Preferred Qualifications  Master Degree from a highly regarded university; LLM or additional abroad studies in an  Substantial experience and knowledge of UAE law and major common law jurisdictions Required Skills \& Experience:  Fluent in English and Arabic.  Experience in cloud computing is a must.
