Collection Executive

Job Title: Collection Executive Company: Jse Engineering Pvt Ltd Job Category: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: We are looking for an experienced Collection Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, and Collections, with a proven ability to manage customer accounts, ensure timely collections, resolve payment disputes, and maintain healthy cash flow. Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end collection activities for customer accounts. * Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and meetings to ensure timely receipt of outstanding payments. * Monitor accounts receivable ageing reports and prioritize overdue accounts. * Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies. * Coordinate with Project, Sales, and Finance teams to resolve invoice-related issues. * Maintain accurate records of collection activities, payment commitments, and customer communications. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports, ageing analysis, and MIS. * Monitor customer credit limits and support credit control activities. * Escalate long-pending or high-risk accounts to the Finance Manager. * Ensure adherence to company policies, financial procedures, and statutory requirements. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while achieving collection targets. * Strong experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Collections, and Credit Control. * Excellent negotiation and customer relationship management skills. * Experience in invoice reconciliation, payment follow-up, and debtor management. * Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF Functions, Filters, MIS Reporting). * Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics, Zoho Books, or similar. * Ability to work independently and meet collection targets within timelines. Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. * Professional certifications in Finance or Accounting will be an added advantage.
