Job Title: Coil Shop Supervisor Company: Rotex SAP Module: SAP PP Roles & Responsibilities: Role Overview Job Role: Coil Shop Supervisor | Job Role: Coil Shop Supervisor Sr. No. | Key Responsibility 1 | Supervising daily coil shop operations to meet production and planning targets 2 | Conducting NPD trials and validating new coil developments 3 | Training and guiding operators for smooth process execution 4 | Monitoring daily production and quality performance 5 | Performing rejection analysis and taking corrective actions 6 | Maintaining BOM and inventory of raw materials and components 7 | Ensuring timely dispatches of coils with valves and spare coils 8 | Coordinating with Purchase, Maintenance, Quality, SQI, and Stores teams Key Responsibilities * Supervising daily coil shop operations to meet production and planning targets * Conducting NPD trials and validating new coil developments * Training and guiding operators for smooth process execution * Monitoring daily production and quality performance * Performing rejection analysis and taking corrective actions * Maintaining BOM and inventory of raw materials and components * Ensuring timely dispatches of coils with valves and spare coils * Coordinating with Purchase, Maintenance, Quality, SQI, and Stores teams * Ensuring fulfilment of manpower/workers’ requirements based on production needs * Maintaining machine-wise performance data along with OEE tracking * Coil Shop Operations * Production Planning * NPD Trials * Team Training * Quality Monitoring * Rejection Analysis * Inventory Management * Dispatch Coordination * Cross-Functional Coordination * OEE Tracking Work Location: Vadodara, India Availability: Full time
