Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Company: Ulwezi Consulting Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: The Chief Financial Officer will provide strategic financial leadership to optimise capital structure, manage commercial engineering risks, and drive long\-term profitability within our civil engineering and construction framework. This role balances strict statutory compliance with aggressive project\-level cost optimisation. 2\. Key Responsibilities · Project Finance \& Working Capital Management: Oversee multi\-million Rand project cash flows, advance payment guarantees, retention bonds, and operational liquidity. · B\-BBEE \& Transformation Strategy: Structure corporate ownership, procurement matrices, and enterprise development spends to maximize B\-BBEE scorecard compliance. · Corporate Governance: Oversee internal control systems, external audit functions, and transparent financial reporting to the Board and financial institutions. · Experience: 8–10\+ years of progressive financial leadership, with at least 5 years specifically in a senior management role within the Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, or Construction sectors. 4\.
