Chief Financial Officer

Job Title: Chief Financial Officer Company: CANDIDZONE SAP Module: SAP FICO Roles & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives. * Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and long-term business planning. * Oversee financial reporting, management accounts, and statutory financial statements. * Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and liquidity. * Monitor FMCG-specific financial areas, including inventory, distribution costs, trade promotions, pricing, and profit margins. * Analyze product profitability, operating expenses, and overall business performance. * Establish effective internal controls and risk-management systems. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. * Lead annual audits and manage relationships with banks, auditors, and tax advisors. * Oversee treasury, financing, and banking activities. * Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency. * Develop financial KPIs and performance dashboards for senior management. * Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team. * Support business expansion, investments, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives. * Provide accurate and timely financial insights to the CEO and senior management. * Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. * Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience. * Previous experience as a CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller, or in a similar senior finance leadership role. * Strong FMCG industry knowledge, including distribution, inventory, pricing, margins, and trade promotions. * Excellent expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial controls. * Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, auditing, and regulatory compliance. * Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools. * Excellent analytical, strategic planning, negotiation, and leadership skills. * Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
