What you will be doing As a key part of the CBS Customer Service Unit - Data & AI team, you'll create impact by building and scaling AI models and automation tools that improve service quality, accelerate response times, and empower teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field * 3 years of experience developing and deploying AI, machine learning, or intelligent automation solutions in a professional environment. * Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. * Hands-on experience working with LLMs, including prompt design, structured information extraction, and validation of AI-generated outputs. * Experience integrating solutions through APIs and working with structured and unstructured data. * Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, or similar AI and automation platforms is an advantage. * Experience with ERP or CRM systems, preferably SAP.
