This role focuses on executing strategic initiatives, coordinating timelines and assets, integrating manufacturer offers, and supporting channel\-specific activity. It also contributes to performance tracking, optimisation, and the effective use of marketing tools and systems to drive engagement and lead generation. Job Responsibilities * Execute multi\-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and paid media, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. * Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and approvals, supporting both tactical and strategic initiatives. * Integrate manufacturer offers into campaign activity, collaborating with internal stakeholders for seamless execution. * Deliver campaigns through HR/employer channels to drive engagement, and support media planning with external partners. * Monitor campaign performance and compile reports, using insights to recommend improvements and optimise future activity. * Manage campaign deployment using CRM and marketing automation platforms, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. * Collaborate closely with the Manager and internal teams to align campaign execution with broader marketing goals. Job Requirements * Tertiary qualification in Marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience in executing multi\-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, email, and paid media. * Strong coordination skills with the ability to manage timelines, assets, and approvals across multiple stakeholders. * Experience integrating promotional offers and managing campaign delivery across internal and external channels. * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across campaign assets and messaging. * Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation platforms to deploy and manage campaigns. * Ability to monitor campaign performance and apply data insights to optimise future activity.
