Job Title: Buyer Marketing Procurement Company: Hero Moto Corp Job Category: SAP MM Roles & Responsibilities: Role -------- A purpose driven role for you --------------------------------- Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: 1.End-to-End P2P Management: Manage the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle for Marketing, Media, and Events categories, driving sourcing strategies and RFQ management. 3.Team Leadership: Supervise subordinate buyers by balancing workloads, checking technical comparatives, and initiating POs. You will be working on day-to-day basis on following: 2. Timeline Follow-ups: Releasing schedules and collaborating with suppliers to resolve day-to-day delivery issues to close projects on time. 5. Contract Management: Collaborating with the Legal team to manage NDA, contract, and annual rate agreement closures. 6. Governance Reporting: Developing comprehensive supplier performance metrics and preparing summaries for Monthly Management Reviews. 7. Team Mentoring: Arranging structured on-the-job training modules to support self and team development. 4.Customer Focus: Dedication to understanding and aligning with the core deliverables of internal marketing units. 5. Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage diverse agency and stakeholder networks. 4. Stakeholder Alignment: Coordinating with Head Office Marketing for procurement requirements and tracking optimization ideas. Academic Qualification & Experience --------------------------------------- 1.Education: Graduate degree with Andaman and Nicobar Islands MBA (preferred) specializing in Marketing Odisha Events Management. 2.Experience: 0-1 years of experience managing core marketing procurement and agency coordination. Technical Skills/Knowledge ------------------------------ 3.SAP MM Module: Strong proficiency in processing SAP MM transactions and statutory forms.
